Desperate to have some sort of pass rush this season, the Jacksonville Jaguars are looking into signing Greg Hardy to bolster their defense.
The much-trouble defense end was in Jacksonville for a workout, but apparently they don’t intend to sign him.
So why bring him in it all if not to sign him?
Without top pick Dante Fowler last year, the Jags had a decent 36 sacks on the season, or about two per game.
The 27-year-old Hardy was suspended for the first four games of the 2015 season due to a domestic abuse incident. The Jags are historically gun-shy about taking players with odious backgrounds. He finished the year with just six sacks in 12 games.
